How do you price your IT services?
Texas DNS typically prices on a per-server and per-workstation, per-month basis. However, the ideal support agreement is the one that designates Texas DNS as

What is your typical response time?
Generally it is less than an hour, however we guarantee to respond within 2 hours on a network-wide emergency. If a trouble ticket is entered into the uptime system and it is NOT a network-wide emergency (i.e. a workstation issue affecting one or two people) we guarantee a 4-hour response. That response time tends to be significantly faster due to our uptime system that allows us to connect remotely and often handle the issue within seconds or minutes. There are services available in some brands of firewalls that we typically implement to track web usage. Additionally, some of our clients have us block social media or other designated sites.
